Hiring Freshers || Telecaller

We are looking for a result-driven, persuasive Telecaller to join our growing real estate team in Jaipur. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential homebuyers who have shown interest through our social media advertisements (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

You will not be making cold calls. Instead, you will follow up with high-intent leads, understand their property requirements, and convince them to schedule physical site visits. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for hitting targets, this role offers incredible earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification & Pitching: Call warm leads generated from social media ads to understand their budget, location preferences, and property requirements.

• Driving Site Visits: Pitch our premium real estate projects and convincingly schedule physical site visits for prospective clients.

• Persistent Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined follow-up pipeline with warm and cold leads via calls and WhatsApp to keep them engaged.

• CRM Management: Keep a meticulous record of all interactions, lead statuses, and scheduled visits in our tracking system or CRM.

• Team Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with the on-site sales team to ensure scheduled clients are received and handled professionally during their visits.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Knowledge of local Rajasthani dialects is a plus.

• Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and strong negotiation skills.

• Tech Setup: Must have a laptop/smartphone and a stable, high-speed internet connection at home.

• Traits: Highly motivated, resilient against rejection, and comfortable working under target-driven performance structures.
