Hiring Freshers || Telecaller

We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for communicating with potential customers over the phone and helping promote our services. This is a full-time work-from-home position for freshers, and you only need to have completed your 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication: Engage with potential customers through phone calls to introduce our services and products effectively.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and gather leads from various sources to expand our customer base.

3. Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions in our database.

4. Follow-Up: Reach out to existing and potential customers to follow up on their inquiries and provide necessary information.

5. Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from customers to help improve our services and products based on their needs and preferences.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and listen actively. A good understanding of basic computer operations and proficiency in using phone systems is essential. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
