Urgent requirement of Domestic voice technical support (in bound)- HyderabadPlease noted this requirement Work from Office onlyRole: Domestic voice technical support (in bound)Experience: AnyShift Time: Rotational Shifts with Rotational Offs.Salary Range: 1.5 LPA 2.5 LPA + PF + ESI + Health Insurance + Incentives First 3 months Day shift only & after 3 months will be rotational Description:To provide end to end technical support for international customers over the chat.Knowledge of OS (XP, Windows 8, Windows 10) & Standard ApplicationKnowledge of hardware troubleshooting, installation, configuration.Knowledge of desktop operating systems and Microsoft office products (MS office 2007, 2010,2013).Basic Networking knowledge.Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.Properly escalate and follow up unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.Ensure all issues are properly logged.Roles & Responsibilities:Assist & respond to technical and customer queries.Ensure all contacts are documented using the tracking tool.Ensure customers are satisfied with services offered.Skills Required:Good Written and Verbal Communication.The ability to think logically.Good typing skills.Should be able to understand and analyze the issues stated by the customers.Eligibility Criteria: UG/Grad/PG Fresher and experienced candidates are eligible.
