Manager-Technical and Operation.Role Definition: Manager Technical and Operations who is responsible for overall activities andreport to the Company-DirectorKey Role Responsibilities:- All types of audits and renewals like Nadcap, NABL, ISO and DGQA, etc -- Payments and coordination with Auditors - exclusive Follow with customers- Scheduling Review meetings, Strategic growth meetings, accountability and action meetings- ERP updates and continuous monitoring- Customer Complaints- NDT Training, certification and documentations of PNECPL Employees- Leading the small NDT group- TPE and Annual Vision Examination- Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and Team leaders- Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properlymaintained.- Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, andprocessing payroll and other expenses.- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences,interviews, orientations, and training sessions.- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.- Building new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities.- Radiographic Film Interpretation- Calibration and documentations- Customers mail reply- Plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.- And any other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Company- Packages and perks for the above posts are based on the experience and expertise in thedomain and shall be decided during the online Interview.- Forward your cv to below mail id, on or before 15 th July 2023
