We are seeking a skilled Civil Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 7 years of relevant experience and a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. This role is essential for managing project costs and ensuring budget compliance.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Cost Estimation:** Prepare accurate cost estimates for all phases of civil engineering projects, ensuring that all costs are identified.- **Budget Management:** Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing regular reports to ensure that spending aligns with the budget.- **Tender Preparation:** Develop and manage tender documents, including bills of quantities, to facilitate the procurement process.- **Contracts Administration:** Assist in the administration of contracts with subcontractors, ensuring that all terms are met and changes are documented.- **Site Measurements:** Conduct site visits to take measurements and assess project progress, ensuring that all quantities are recorded accurately.- **Change Management:** Identify and evaluate any changes in project scope, advising on their potential financial impact.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.Successful candidates should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Proficiency in construction management software and a solid understanding of civil engineering principles are essential. Excellent communication skills are also necessary for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

The candidate must be willing and able to work in field roles across Pan India.Should be physically fit to handle fieldwork responsibilities.Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.Should be able to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.Minimum qualification: Diploma or ITI in a relevant field.

To take necessary measurements at site and record them in excel format.To make running bills periodically based on measurements taken.To coordinate for bill certification with Architects and PMC and show measurements taken to the above mentioned authorities.To prepare necessary rate analysis for all items as required.To maintain consumption details for all non tendered items.To work out required quantities for all item as required for the purchase department for ordering out materials to suppliers.To prepare necessary drawings to justify measurements taken.Proficiency in MS office, AutoCAD and MS projects is preferable.Excellent communication skills English and regional languageDisciplined, Hard working, committed and genuinely interested in contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of organization functioningEager to learn, adaptable and flexible, willing to work with and through others

Applicant to go on surveys of open vacant lands situated on main/connecting roads and perform a measurement survey with the help of tape and also to survey the road (on both sides of proposed land) to mark and note the road features on a provided survey form. Also the land details along with google location is to be assessed on site. Must be familiar with Inter-city travel and acquainted with local travelling.Applicant must possess the following qualities:1. Field ready2. Travel ready3. Extrovert4. Basic survey tools knowledge5. Preparation of IPC/Monthly Maintenance Bills and Weekly/Monthly MaintenanceCompliance reports. Collection of Lab reports and survey reports on daily basis and compiling of allrecords and supporting documents for IPCs Submission on time. Prepare & Submission of Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), Raising of Daily Requestfor inspection Summary (RFI). Preparation of Work Orders for Sub-Contractor, Checking of Sub-Contractor Bills &Project Gross Bill Statements. Keeping and maintaining the records of all type of correspondence pertaining to theproject and drafting for all type of Contractual letters. Coordination with Project Manager, Site Engineers to track the progress. Correspondence with RO (MoRTH), R&B(N.H) Officials and consultants relatedcontractual claims, change of scope(COS), GST, Royalty and EOT claims. Participate in the minutes of meeting about the work progress & Monthly ProgressReview Meeting with Consultants & Client. Assist the Project Manager in all matters relating to the planning, billing, claims andfinancial matters of the Project. Preparation of monthly reconciliation statements and Co-ordinate with team to timelyissue of project deliverables. Maintain all record of bill works and Maintain Good relation with client and takingfeedback from the client. Well versed in the usage of the MS office for Project Presentations-Word/Excel/PowerPoint. All Time Office Related works

Requirements for GC Estimator or (Quantity Surveyor ) are as follows.An Estimator works for Contracting Co. He/she :Checks Bid Plans and Specs ( Tender Documents )Takes off all Quantities or Items of Work for the Project including specific Items affecting prices.Uses the Rates available or gets prices from Subcontractors.Prepares Competitive Bid as a Contractor which will have Bill of Quantities/ Rates /Any other Special Features related to Specific Contract with Exclusions if any.

Total station Operator required. Mainly Column marking and also DGPS training is provided to candidate

The candidate should have minimum 1 year experience in Total station survey and the candidate should be capable of handling the Ts machine. Dgps training is provided by us if he do not have knowledge in dgps machine
