Serve as an advisor to leadership on India workforce trends, risks, and opportunities. Design and execute strategies to attract, retain, and grow top DO talent. Implement robust career pathways, succession planning, and leadership development programs. Collaborate with business leaders on upskilling initiatives to support future-ready skills. Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster collaboration, inclusion, and innovation. Act as escalation point for complex employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and trust. Ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws, corporate policies, and regulatory audits. Oversee HR operations, payroll, and benefits administration with accuracy and transparency. Strengthen vendor validation and compliance processes in partnership with Finance and Legal. Lead performance management cycles and oversee compensation and recognition programs that reinforce a high-performance culture. Leverage HR analytics to identify trends and inform proactive workforce strategies.Qualifications & Experience Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. Proven track record in HR leadership for technical/engineering organizations in India. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance. Experience working in global/matrixed environments and collaborating across geographies. Exposure to HR technology and AI-driven tools preferred.Skills & Competencies Strategic thinker with execution discipline. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
