You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to enhance processes and ensure high-quality products.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Supplier Evaluation:** Assess and select suppliers based on their quality performance, capabilities, and compliance with industry standards.- **Quality Audits:** Conduct regular audits at supplier locations to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.- **Quality Control Plans:** Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure consistent quality of incoming materials.- **Root Cause Analysis:** Investigate quality issues that arise with supplier products and lead efforts to determine root causes and preventive measures.- **Collaboration with Suppliers:** Work closely with suppliers to provide quality feedback and guide them on improvement initiatives.- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of supplier quality performance, audit findings, and corrective actions taken.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a diploma in engineering or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in quality engineering or supplier management.
