QA Engineer - Nashik

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Planning & Design

Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans and test cases

Define testing strategies, including manual and automated testing

Identify test scenarios and ensure full coverage

2. Software Testing

Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing

Execute manual and automated test cases

Validate features against business and technical requirements

3. Bug Tracking & Reporting

Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (., JIRA, Bugzilla)

Work with developers to reproduce issues and ensure timely resolution

Retest fixes and ensure defects are closed properly

4. Automation Testing

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright

Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines

Improve test coverage and efficiency through automation

5. Collaboration

Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders

Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Provide feedback on usability and improvements

6. Performance & Security Testing

Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner

Identify bottlenecks and performance issues

Ensure basic security and compliance standards are met
