Hiring: Supplier Quality Engineer

📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Experience: 6-8 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure supplier compliance with quality standards, drive continuous improvement, and maintain product quality across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, qualify, and audit suppliers to ensure quality compliance.

Monitor supplier performance, quality metrics, and defect trends.

Conduct supplier audits and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Handle supplier-related quality issues, root cause analysis, and 8D reports.

Coordinate with procurement, production, and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns.

Implement quality improvement initiatives and reduce supplier defects.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer-specific quality requirements.
