Opening For Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience and a diploma in a relevant field. This is a full-time role that requires working from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop Test Plans and Cases:** Create detailed test plans and test cases based on software requirements to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

- **Perform Manual and Automated Testing:** Execute both manual and automated tests to identify bugs and ensure the software meets quality standards before release.

- **Report and Track Defects:** Log defects into the bug tracking system, prioritize them, and work closely with the development team to facilitate timely resolution.

- **Conduct Regression Testing:** Run regression tests to confirm that new code changes have not adversely affected existing functionalities.

- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:** Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide feedback on software design.

- **Enhance Testing Processes:** Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in quality assurance.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot software issues effectively. A solid understanding of software testing methodologies and tools is essential. Proficiency in test automation frameworks is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for clear reporting and team collaboration. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
