key responsibilities:

quality monitoring: oversee and ensure that materials, workmanship, and project execution meet specified quality standards and codes.

documentation & reporting: maintain quality records, test reports, inspection logs, and submit regular quality assurance documentation.

conduct inspections: perform internal audits and inspections at various stages of project execution to verify quality compliance.

non-conformance handling: identify and document non-conformances, investigate root causes, and coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.

liaise with clients & contractors: communicate quality-related issues and updates with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
