Project Supervision: Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards. This includes coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to meet project deadlines.2. Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers, laborers, and subcontractors. Provide guidance and support, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.3. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines. Address any issues promptly to avoid delays.4. Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and resources carefully. Prepare reports to track costs and ensure the project remains within its budget.5.
