Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory Management:o Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.o Regularly update stock in ERP or inventory system.o Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.2. Material Receipt & Issue:o Verify and receive incoming materials as per PO and invoice.o Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of materials.o Issue materials to production as per requisitions.3. Documentation & Record Keeping:o Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and stock registers.o Ensure all inventory documents are up-to-date and properly filed.o Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.4. Housekeeping & Storage Practices:o Ensure proper storage, safety, and housekeeping of materials in the store.o Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expiry-First-Out) methods.o Prevent material damage, loss, or theft.5. Coordination:o Coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishment of stock.o Work closely with production, quality, and accounts departments.o Inform concerned departments about material shortages or overstock.________________________________________
