What we are looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic Store Executive to be our face at our stores and help us gain customer delight

via your experience and efforts and our training.

What youll be doing:

Maintaining good relations with customers

Be available from 2 pm to 11 pm at our stores

Counselling the patients /customers on generic medicines

Handling cash in billing counter and deposit in the bank

Preparing customer billing software

Maintaining record for no stock items and follow-up the same with ASMs/Warehouse

Checking patients prescriptions properly and suggesting medicines according

Checking quantity, MRP, batch number and date of expiry of the received items from warehouse

before entering into software

Conducting accurate weekly audit process

Ensuring your learning curve is high at all times

Ensuring that customer service is top of the game and as per our standards
