Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliersEstimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchasesNegotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supplyExamine and review products and supplies to ensure qualityTrack incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival timeOrganize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of suppliesWork with team members, supervisors, and purchasing manager to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendorsEnsure all deliveries contain all goods requestedPerforming inventory inspection and reordering supplies and stockConduct market research to remain updated about emerging trends and business opportunitiesInspect stock and report any faulty item or inconsistencies immediatelyUpdate and maintain records of all orders, payment, and received stock

Urgently looking for Store keeper for one of the leading restaurant based in Thaltej, Ahmedabad.Candidate must have 2 years of experiencesalary - 12 to 17k1.Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the restaurant to the correct point of contact/storage area2.Able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.3.Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.4.Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly5.Monitor PAR levels for all food items to ensure proper levels.6.Responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock.7.Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.8.Responsible to verify all good arrived as per the agreed purchase,delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.9.Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable or incorrect item.10.Ensure cleanliness of all areas,keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulationsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: 12,000.00 - 17,000.00 per month
