Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliersEstimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchasesNegotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supplyExamine and review products and supplies to ensure qualityTrack incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival timeOrganize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of suppliesWork with team members, supervisors, and purchasing manager to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendorsEnsure all deliveries contain all goods requestedPerforming inventory inspection and reordering supplies and stockConduct market research to remain updated about emerging trends and business opportunitiesInspect stock and report any faulty item or inconsistencies immediatelyUpdate and maintain records of all orders, payment, and received stock

We envision redefining the positioning of medicines for India through the AAAphilosophy that focuses on Awareness, Availability, and Acceptance.What we are looking for?We are looking for a dynamic Store Executive to be our face at our stores and help us gain customer delightvia your experience and efforts and our training.What youll be doing: Maintaining good relations with customers Be available from 2 pm to 11 pm at our stores Counselling the patients /customers on generic medicines Handling cash in billing counter and deposit in the bank Preparing customer billing software Maintaining record for no stock items and follow-up the same with ASMs/Warehouse Checking patients prescriptions properly and suggesting medicines according Checking quantity, MRP, batch number and date of expiry of the received items from warehousebefore entering into software Conducting accurate weekly audit process Ensuring your learning curve is high at all times Ensuring that customer service is top of the game and as per our standardsWhat are the skills that youll need to succeed in this role: Basic Computer Skill Selling Skills Customer Service Skills Understanding our molecules Store upkeep knowledge Pharmacy retail standard parametersWhat are the perks in store for you?
