The Master Trainer role requires a highly motivated individual to lead the Spoken English training program and facilitate effective teacher training through in-person across the country and online sessions. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing training plans, conducting the training sessions and following up with continued engagement to assist teachers with pedagogy and content. This position requires extensive travel, upto 15-20 days per month to various parts of the country. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a training plan for teachers that is aligned with the programs objectives and goals- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for teachers, utilizing various teaching techniques and tools- Provide ongoing support to teachers, including follow-up sessions, classroom observation, and feedback- Continuously update and improve training materials to ensure they are current and effective- Build and maintain relationships with teachers, schools, and other stakeholders- Create regular reports on the progress of the training programRequired Skills and Abilities- A Master's degree in English or a related field is a prerequisite. TESOL/TEFL certification, Spoken English course/certification from any institution, or Teacher Training certification in Spoken English- A degree in teacher education course like B.Ed. or any other course will also be preferred- Extensive knowledge of Spoken English Training programs, strategies, phonetics, and phonologyWorking Details and Remuneration- Remuneration will be commensurate to candidates experience and will be within the range of INR 30,000-40,000 CTC per month- The incumbent will be based in New Delhi and will have to travel regularly across the country
