Cooking will be done using branded premix products provided by the company, along with full training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Key Responsibilities:Prepare South Indian food items as per SOP and training provided.Handle basic kitchen operations cutting, chopping, preparation, and serving.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and surrounding area.Follow portion standards, timing, and quality as per franchise guidelines.Support smooth daily operations and assist in customer service when needed.Requirements:Basic experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen (6 months 1 year).Ability to follow recipes, SOPs, and maintain hygiene.Must know basic kitchen tasks like chopping, frying, cleaning, etc.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills.
