Job Description

We are seeking an experienced South Indian Cook with 6 to 8 years of expertise to prepare traditional South Indian dishes in Chembur, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in culinary arts and a strong understanding of South Indian cooking techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Preparation of Dishes**: You will be responsible for preparing a variety of authentic South Indian meals, including dosas, idlis, sambar, and rasam, ensuring each dish meets quality standards.

2. **Menu Planning**: Collaborate with management to create menus that feature seasonal and popular dishes while considering customer preferences and dietary restrictions.

3. **Inventory Management**: Maintain stock levels of ingredients and spices, ensuring freshness and quality. You will assist in ordering supplies when needed.

4. **Kitchen Maintenance**: Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized, following proper sanitation and safety practices to provide a safe cooking environment.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate dish preparation and ensure timely service during peak hours.

Required Skills and Expectations:
