job description – south indian cook (franchise setup) position: south indian cook (premix-based franchise)

location: [borivali mumbai/ near borivali station]

work hours: 9 hours per day

weekly off: 1 day

experience required: minimum 6 months to 1 year in hotel or food service about the role:

we are opening a new south indian food franchise offering dishes like idli, medu vada, dosa, uttapam, sambar, and chutney. cooking will be done using branded premix products provided by the company, along with full training and standard operating procedures (sops).key responsibilities:prepare south indian food items as per sop and training le basic kitchen operations — cutting, chopping, preparation, and tain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and surrounding ow portion standards, timing, and quality as per franchise ort smooth daily operations and assist in customer service when irements:basic experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen (6 months – 1 year).ability to follow recipes, sops, and maintain know basic kitchen tasks like chopping, frying, cleaning, tive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills.
