Communicating the status of defects to development teams is crucial for prompting quick fixes.4. **Collaboration with Development Teams**: Work closely with developers and other team members to understand the software development process. This collaboration helps in identifying and addressing quality issues early in the development lifecycle.5. **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to the improvement of the testing process and methodologies. Sharing insights and suggesting enhancements can lead to improved product quality and more efficient testing.Required Skills and Expectations: Candidates should have a graduate degree and a keen interest in software quality assurance. Product testing experience is must.
