Key Responsibilities:Site Surveys: Visit client locations to conduct pre-installation surveys, assessing floor strength, space constraints, and structural requirements.Foundation Design: Design and supervise the construction of concrete foundations or metallic support structures required for heavy-duty metal detectors.Project Supervision: Manage on-site installation teams and contractors to ensure work is completed according to technical drawings and safety standards.Technical Drawings: Prepare and interpret structural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD or similar software.Safety & Compliance: Ensure all on-site activities comply with industrial safety norms and building codes.Client Coordination: Act as the technical point of contact for the client's engineering team during the installation phase.Estimation: Calculate material requirements and labor costs for site preparation and installation projects.

Procure and manage consultants and contractors, and initiate and develop comprehensive construction contract documents.design, civil engineering, structural, HVAC, and construction aspects.Conduct systems engineering surveillance on GPS satellite design and build for the DoD.Visit customer sites for installation and troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, PC, and SCADA systems.Work in a variety of projects, including bridge repair, interchange rehab/construction, paving projects, concrete slab replacement.Track contractor deadlines for submittals require for schedule material delivery.Provide input for the management of traffic management policies according to MUTCD specifications.Track and obtain all project submittals and distribute accordingly for architect/engineer and owner approvals.Prepare Powerpoint presentation on Caltrans policy and procedures on freeway maintenance and present to foreign delegates.
