6 to 8 yrs of relevant experience of having worked on first cut, layout drawings, elevations & GFC with Architecture & interior Designing firms on commercial projects. Diploma/Degree in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputed college; preferably a full time course. Proficient in A-CAD / MS office / E-mail communication. Having fair experience on large scale Hi- end Residential / commercial projects. Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors. Well versed with Project Planning, measurement checking. Should have presentation skills. Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization. Knowledge of coordination with MEP/ HVAC/ Automation + Design team . Should be able to Schedule projects timelines , Barchart. Daily Manpower arrange & handling. Daily data maintain to material received & Quantity checking. Should have knowledge of material , BOQ , cost analysis. Take the measurements for all Project Work. Ensure that project is completed in stipulated time. To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others Continuously see & check to all labour work. Meeting with Client, Vendors & contractors. Preparation of project budget and managing the project without cost overrun. Undertaking the planning, monitoring, controlling & evaluation of the whole project. Ability to manage minor changes on site. Good communication skills. Communicate with the client, client billing and follow up with other agencies involved in the project. To focus on waste reduction. Leadership qualities, Decision taker. Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well. Handing over the project and obtaining completion certificate. Should be able to travel and allocate as per project basis .
