Job Description

technical supervision of all ongoing civil miscellaneous works.

site activity tracking and control.

coordination & communication with all concern departments . billing, estimation, contract, site store, contractors etc.

preparation of daily, weekly, monthly work reports with material consumption.

handling finishing activity . plumbing / electrical / carpentry / tiling etc

preparing all site work checklist / keeping records of all material testing etc

workout the requirement of materials required for construction.

planning & execution of site work as per design & drawing.

strategic & operational decision making.

maintaining quality work at site.

final handover flats to maintenance department / client.

ensuring the health, safety, security & environment on project site.

knowledge of all form work, shuttering is necessary.

experience in high rise building, rcc & finishing work is essential.

ready to accept any other technical responsibility other than specified above given by the superiors.
