• 6 to 8 yrs of relevant experience of having worked on first cut, layout drawings, elevations & gfc with architecture & interior designing firms on commercial projects.

• diploma/degree in interior designing/architecture from a reputed college; preferably a full time course.

• proficient in a-cad / ms office / e-mail communication.

• having fair experience on large scale hi- end residential / commercial projects.

• should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors & vendors.

• well versed with project planning, measurement checking. should have presentation skills.

• understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.

• knowledge of coordination with mep/ hvac/ automation + design team .

• should be able to schedule projects timelines , barchart.

• daily manpower arrange & handling.

• daily data maintain to material received & quantity checking.

• should have knowledge of material , boq , cost analysis.

• take the measurements for all project work.

• ensure that project is completed in stipulated time.

• to understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others

• continuously see & check to all labour work.

• meeting with client, vendors & contractors.

• preparation of project budget and managing the project without cost overrun.

• undertaking the planning, monitoring, controlling & evaluation of the whole project.

• ability to manage minor changes on site.

• good communication skills.

• communicate with the client, client billing and follow up with other agencies involved in the project.

• to focus on waste reduction.

• leadership qualities, decision taker.

• prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well.

• handing over the project and obtaining completion certificate.

• should be able to travel and allocate as per project basis .
