Site SupervisorCollect customer queries and requirements from sites.Supervise and manage daily site activities.Ensure all work is completed properly and on time.Arrange materials or any requirements needed at the site.Coordinate between the site team and office.Report site updates to management.Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PMOvertime: Extra payment will be provided for approved overtime work

One year experience is required but not mandatory .Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.Other Mandatory RequirementsTwo Wheeler License mandatoryMale Candidates are preferred due to the nature and timing of job, but application from female candidates also welcomed.More Preference will be given to candidates from Thrissur.
