Summary: The customer Support Engineer will visit the site, diagnose the problem, accordingly will make minor repair or replace unit or spares on the machine like ATMs, Recycler, Kiosks, Remote Monitoring system. He will do the Preventive Maintainance service. The Customer Support Engineer responds to all customer query by resolving them or communicating to the respective team member. He will have ownership of the customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and/or within the parameters ofKey Responsibilities:1. Build working relationships with customers and develop informal communication channels with customer account at the local level. Responsible for ownership of all customer issues/needs that are voiced or observed and acts appropriately.2. Understands and performs the various customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and elevates or escalates issues when appropriate, and/or according to established procedures.3. Represents CMS in a manner that reflects positively on the image and reputation of the company.4. Installation and set-up of hardware, hardware modifications, first line maintenance, multi-vendor maintenance, performs periodic preventative maintenance on assigned products.5. Diagnoses problems, fix the issue with the minor repairs, and replaces components (at the module level).6. Follows the security procedures while working inside the ATM lobby or within financial institutions or within bank premises7. Responsible for all CMS assets that will be used in the delivery of customer services (Pendrive, tools, software, documentation), or as assigned by management8. Ownership of the company assets and spares9. Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of calls and activity, as well as other reporting on real time basis10. Responsible for real time updation in the mobility application12. Responsible for the documentation creation and submission in the timely basis

Candidate should have minimum 2 years of Passive Telecom experience. Should have idea of site acquisition and legal paper formalities. Candidate should have knowledge about GPS and he will be responsible to search/acquire site locations as per Client requirement. He should have good command on MS Excel. He should be aware about the project (SMALL CELL SITES) process. Candidate should have technical knowledge and he will be responsible to align material in coordination with Partners and his reporting manager. Shall be responsible to execute the work as per company SOP and within given timeline. He should have good knowledge of electrical work/earthing and pole erection work. Familiarity with Fiber work and OTDR. Candidate must have ESH knowledge.Note Candidate must have their own vehicle for site movements.

Position Fresher junior Instrumentation site EngineerEducational Qualification: ? B.tech in Instrumentation Engineering from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with not less than 50% marks.? Diploma (Preferred)Job description? Exposure in various field equipment's like all type of flow meters, valves, level transmitters, load cell systems, networking and communication, panel wiring, troubleshooting with the help of drawings & instrument manuals etc.? Good exposure in Maintenance and Repair of instruments based on PLC & SCADA system, SQL and network communication.? Sound Knowledge of various sensor used for temperature, pressure, position control, read switches, photo sensor, etc.? Experience in load cell, pressure transmitter - Calibration, replacement and troubleshooting, etc.? Sound Knowledge of I/O Control Wiring and Circuit and drawing reading.? Should have exposure in project Erection, Commissioning, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ etc related Instrumentation activities.? Should have experience in ASRS PLC programming, VFD configuration, validation of systems, servo drive, AC-DC drives of different make, PM, BM activities in machines, SOV, TT, PT, LS, troubleshooting of all instrument as mentioned etc.?
