Job Designation : Senior AccountantQualification : B.Com, M.ComSpecific Qualification : MBA ( Finance) Work Experience : 5 Years Finance Working Hours : Our Office timing 9.30 AM to 6.30 PMJob Responsibility- Assign, analysis and execution of work though team. Prepare financial statements, business plans and various reports for management as like Trail balance, P & L, Balance sheet, fund flow and requirement, customer sales and supplier purchase and production information reports. Full fill all compliances 1. Income Tax Compliance- TDS/TCS & Advance Tax & filling IT return2. Sales Tax Compliance- GST return & report3. Cost Accounting Report & reconciliation Manage expenditure, credit, payroll with ESI & Pf compliances. Produce and analyze actual and projected reports on periodical basis. Management of receivable & payable and credit policy, make sure it must be target range. Routine documentation to be made correctly with all compliances of government and company on time as like Challan, Way bill, Invoice, packing List etc. Payment follows up of the orders which are beyond overdue by phone, email, sums and personal visit in coordination with sales and liaison officers take legal action as required. Liaise with bank and other bodies to something operation and reduce cost services. Negotiating tax settlements with taxpayers and their accountants or solicitors. Giving expert advice on taxation matters to team and to management. Advise management on financial policy and control, such as the costs and benefits of a particular project Documents and Data to be mange in physical and electronically. Review, implement and adapt new and existing financial systems and controls. Current market information and changes in law has to be updated in manner which impact to company operations.
