SENIOR ACCOUNTANT CUM FINANCE SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTIONDescription:Veloces Engg and Services is hiring a Senior Accountant cum Finance Specialist to join our team. Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to the director as requested2. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)3. Reconciliation of Bank and cash transactions on weekly and monthly basis.4. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting5. Prepare and maintain of adequate records for Business Contract and agreements.6. Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests 7. Maintain all electronic and hard copy finance department files including vendor bills and deposit documentation.8. Prepare and maintain of adequate records for Business Contract and agreements9. Verify and File the Monthly and Quarterly returns for GST, ESI, PF and TDS.10. Respond to inquiries from directors regarding budgets, deposits, disbursement and grant reporting requests11. Assist in preparing year-end books for audit 12. Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule13. Oversee maintenance of personnel files14. Need to determine the financial requirements of the company.15. Report to Management regarding the financial position of the business on a regular basis.16. Prepare a variety of ad hoc financial documents as requested.17. Required to look for ways to raise the company's Fund.
