The role also involves coordinating with different departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, implementing internal controls, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions. Additionally, a Senior Accountant may supervise junior accounting staff and contribute to process improvements.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a senior accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your expertise will contribute to the organizations financial stability and growth. Capable of Handling an Accounts Department. Be responsible for all financial management like expenditure, over-expenses and cashbook maintenance. Experience in Budgeting and Auditing of the organisation Strong computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office and accounting software Like Tally. Knowledge of FCRA funds and should know about FCRA Rules and Regulations. Knowledge of Utilizing FCRA funds in an Organisation. Experience working with teams Should have good writing and communication skills in English and Hindi and the ability to communicate with the Chairman/Founder Ensure timely submission of financial reports to the Chairman/Founder Ensure maintaining proper bills and Vouchers at the Projects/ Dream Center. Proficient in Tally ERP 9.0
