Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting departmentConduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenanceAnalyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFOs attentionReview all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessaryReconcile balance sheet accountsDelegate financial responsibilities to accounting teamCoordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting auditsConduct regular ledger maintenance.

Tax Preparation monthly return filing of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B & online payment of Tax liability. Reconcile of GSTR-2A (as per portal and our tally data) and Cash Ledger, Credit Ledger. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Must have Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 & Full Package of MS Office. Assist Charted accountant in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings. Knowledge of Direct & indirect Expenses. Making Sales Invoice & Purchase Invoice. Checking Sales monthly basis and ledger scrutiny. Knowledge of GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C, so that necessary data given to the Authority. Tax Deduction at Source Monthly Calculation TDS (TDS from Salary, TDS on Professional Fee, TDS on Contractor, TDS on Transporter, TDS on Brokerage). Party Reconciliation , Debtors & creditors Outstanding Management ? Bank reconciliation , Stock Management dealing in gst matters and Income tax with departments.
