Tune and troubleshoot equipment for proper operation. Interact with marketing staff during field projects. Clearly and professionally interact with customer, regarding status of equipment Able to determine tools and equipment required to perform scope of job. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, and assist in establishing preventative maintenanceschedules with customer. Assemble, align, and install equipment as necessary. Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location Provide on-site training to the customers Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications,Customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales Develop Service technical documentation Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triagewith field applications scientists as appropriate Timely complete and submit all required paperwork Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Field Service Engineer Service Business from Territory Service documentation, Demand Generation, PMS maintaining, Customer Support, Customer RelationDevelopment, Demonstration, Installations, Parts & Repairing, Tools Availability of Team CMC & Consumable Target, Payment, Training, Service & Consumable sales Data Reporting by Mail &Excel to AEPL & OEM.

Brief job profile as a pre-requisite as under: An Engineer having thorough grip-n-grasp on the acquired academic knowledge. Practical experience of 5-7 years in the field of mechanical engineering capital goods / equipment manufacturing industry / turnkey process plants or projects. Well versed with all the activities outlined above. Street smart with go-getting attitude. Willing to extensively travel across the country & need be, even abroad. Reasonably good in written & spoken English as well as confident in self-correspondence. Possess good communication skills. Conversant with common computer applications.
