The ideal candidate should have a diploma in a relevant field and must be comfortable working full-time from the office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Model Creation:** Develop detailed MEP models using Revit software to support project objectives while adhering to design specifications and standards.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into overall project designs.- **Documentation:** Prepare accurate and comprehensive documentation of the MEP models, including drawings and specifications, to facilitate coordination and reviews.- **Quality Control:** Conduct regular checks of models for accuracy and completeness to ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements.- **Update Models:** Revise and update existing models based on feedback from project teams, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess a strong proficiency in Revit software, particularly in creating and manipulating MEP systems.
