Perform structural analysis and design of buildings using the latest IS codes and engineering software tools.2. Ensure timely delivery of design deliverables as per commitments.3.Conduct site visits for reinforcement checking and coordination.4.Design steel structures and components as per project requirements.5.Prepare complete design documentation for submission and approval.6.Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers and draughtsman; assist in problem-solving.7.Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects and clients.8.Conduct structural audits and prepare detailed technical reports.9.Report work progress and scheduling updates to the Director on a daily/weekly basis.10.strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.

Develop schematic level and detailed 3D models for building systems like mechanical, plumbing and/or electrical systems, detailed model for structure, interior and external architectural elements based on 2D drawings and specifications. Produce dimensioned drawings for layout and pre-fabrication from the models. Understand drawings and related project documentation to collect data and add information and link documents to model for various purposes like Facilities Management, Costing, billing and progress tracking. Perform various Quality Checks on the Models for model completeness, alignment with basis of design and design documents. Generate construction drawings / shop drawings(good for construction drawings - (GFC)) Produce Bill of Quantities and materials (BOQ and BOM) from 3D models. Export data from BIM (Building Information Models) to database in MS Access, Excel etc., to analyze and modify data. Compare 2D and 3D data between the different versions to identify and report changes between versions. Proficiency in reading and understanding construction project plans and details Knowledge of construction management issues Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent listening skills and have strong communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
