design, modelling, detailing and documentation: design of mechanical/hvac / plumbing systems (2d & 3d).

skillsets for hvac

duties:

responsible for overall performance of hvac tasks (as assigned by the project lead).

? overall quality of deliverables to the clients (on the assigned tasks): hvac

? delivery of cad and bim projects as per clients expectations. modelling detailing documentation design and calculation of hvac (must)

technical skillset : revit mep, autocad , bim360 , navisworks ,hap, trane trace

domain: indian, ashrae & ishrae hvac standards.

skillsets for plumbing:

duties:

o construction documentation (bim).

o detailed design (bim).

o makes calculations using engineering formulas and skills for design, such as waste, vent, water, natural gas, storm and medical gas loads and equipment sizing.

o research design options and document findings for project lead.

o calculates space requirements for proper equipment layout.

o designs room layouts.

o lays out portions of piping systems based on schematic layout by project lead.

technical: revit mep, autocad , bim360 , navisworks,

codes : ipc(international plumbing code) , nbc , indian standards

skillsets for electrical:

duties

o lighting calculations using visual lighting software.

o design of electrical systems (2d & 3d).

o electrical panel schedules.

o one line diagrams.

o construction documentation (bim).

o detailed design (bim).

o power layout/design.
