MEP Revit Modeller - Full Time

We are looking for an MEP Revit Modeller with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in a relevant field and must be comfortable working full-time from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Model Creation: Develop detailed MEP models using Revit software to support project objectives while adhering to design specifications and standards.

- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into overall project designs.

- Documentation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive documentation of the MEP models, including drawings and specifications, to facilitate coordination and reviews.

- Quality Control: Conduct regular checks of models for accuracy and completeness to ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements.

- Update Models: Revise and update existing models based on feedback from project teams, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a strong proficiency in Revit software, particularly in creating and manipulating MEP systems. Familiarity with building codes and standards related to MEP is essential. A basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is expected, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings.
