We are looking for a Qualified Draftsman with 4 to 9 yrs of experience in Commercial and mixed use projects. He / She should have ability to understand the design and spaces to develop drawings and details as per the finalized design under the guidance of Senior Architect.. This role involves coordination with Consultants and PMCKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDrawing developmentInvolve in preparation of drawing from start to finish of the project ensuring high quality details for Schematic and working drawing stage in the guidance of Project Lead.Ensure that all drawings are developed as per company drafting standards and in line with design requirement.ConsultantCoordination with structural and service consultant for design development and executionClient and Site coordinationCoordination with project managers to achieve the required GFC deliverables in line with site requirement.Qualification Diploma or ITI course on draftsmanshipSkills Fluency in AutoCAD, Google Sketch up, MS Office, Revit, PhotoshopExperience 4 to 9 yrs of experience as Draftsman in Architectural consultancy firm . prepare the variety of CAD design/drafting activities group including preparing/updating installation drawings for projects on building, airports, and data center, establishing guidelines and procedures for CAD data management, and managing workload distribution within the CAD departmentDetail Engineering:1. Prepare dimensional drawings, installation drawings and more complex drawings.2. Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes, to ensure consistent documentation of the project. 3. Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and other customer documentation if service is requested by the application engineer or project manager. 4. Work with DGM on guidelines for installation drawings which meet and exceed the customers requirements (bid and submittal phase). Implement these requirements on drawings sent to the customer. 5. Serve as an information source on planning and design of BDA.6. Maintain notes, design calculations and other documentation (like drawings, bill of materials, list of design parameters, and /performance guarantees) for future reference. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of third-party items and services data base. Review and modify information with supervision by the DGM. Make data available to application engineers and project managers. 8. Establish filing guidelines for drawings to maintain up-to-date drawings.9. Other duties as required relating to CAD database maintenance, PDM, etc.

Roles And Responsibility:-Proficient in AutoCAD.-2+ years of recent, progressive Revit experience, preferably Revit Structural.-Develop detailed design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD software.-Coordinate with and consult with other team members to design layout, or detail components and structural systems.-Draw and detail plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, and other data.-Modification of drawings with necessary changes.-Excellent communication skills.
