Proficiency in [mention local language(s), e.g., Hindi / Marathi / Tamil / Bengali, etc.] mandatory. Excellent communication and listening skills. Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or market research preferred. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, data entry). Ability to follow scripts and instructions accurately. Patience, professionalism, and a neutral tone while handling respondents. Educational Qualification: Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream). 0-3 years of experience in tele calling or related field (market research).
