About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and articulate Tele-Research Executive to join our market research team.
This role involves conducting structured telephone interviews and surveys with target respondents across
various sectors. No sales or cold calling involved – this is strictly research-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct telephonic interviews using structured questionnaires.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and gathering information about our project related. (No
sales)
• Follow up on leads and set up appointments with team & backend checks of respondent.
• Vendor Management.
• Collect accurate and unbiased data from respondents.
• Ensure surveys are completed within the set timeline and quality standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and update records in the system.
• Report findings and escalate any issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) – mandatory.
• Proficiency in [mention local language(s), ., Hindi / Marathi / Tamil / Bengali, etc.] – mandatory.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or market research preferred.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, data entry).
• Ability to follow scripts and instructions accurately.
• Patience, professionalism, and a neutral tone while handling respondents.
Educational Qualification:
• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
• 0-3 years of experience in tele calling or related field (market research).
