Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Overall supervision of performance of QC officers, QC supervisors & Hygiene supervisors. Monitoring the CCPs and OPRPs and documentation of the same. Ensuring plant sanitation and pest control programs. Training to different level of employees on HACCP, GMP, GHP. Preparation of Weekly Shift schedule of QC officers, QC supervisors & Hygiene supervisors. Assisting in Vendor audit. Assuring RM & PM inspection before unloading. Timely procurement of hygiene chemicals, protective gears and cleaning accessories for the plant cleaning. Maintaining Data log of customer complain.Key Result Areas: Statistical process control of FGs. 100 % compliance of CCPs and OPRPs.
