essential duties & responsibilities:

· overall supervision of performance of qc officers, qc supervisors & hygiene supervisors.

· monitoring the ccp’s and oprp’s and documentation of the same.

· ensuring plant sanitation and pest control programs.

· training to different level of employees on haccp, gmp, ghp.

· preparation of weekly shift schedule of qc officers, qc supervisors & hygiene supervisors.

· assisting in vendor audit.

· assuring rm & pm inspection before unloading.

· timely procurement of hygiene chemicals, protective gears and cleaning accessories for the plant cleaning.

· maintaining data log of customer complain.

· statistical process control of fgs.

· 100 % compliance of ccps and oprps.

· zero pest incidence in the plant.
