Ensure all reports and documentation are submitted accurately and on time.Process Expectations: Respond quickly to communication channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Skype) with minimal delays. Miss no more than 20% of incoming calls. Keep the mystery shopper database up to date and accurate. Provide timely, detailed reports as required.Performance Metrics: Project completion rate: 95% or higher. Monthly database growth: 100+ new shoppers. Adherence to communication and documentation requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in project management, preferably within the mystery shopping or market research industry.
