Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead our quality team and ensure adherence to the highest manufacturing standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of CNC/VMC operations, machining processes, and quality systems, along with leadership skills to drive continuous improvement and production excellence.Key Responsibilities: Lead the Quality Control team and ensure all processes meet customer and organizational standards. Supervise and inspect CNC, VMC machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance. Oversee and monitor surface treatment processes Blackening, Plating, Hardening, etc. Ensure production runs smoothly with timely inspections and preventive measures. Maintain in-depth knowledge of raw materials and grades relevant to production. Implement and manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and 7QC Tools for process improvements. Focus on COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) reduction and implement effective quality initiatives. Ensure proper use and calibration of measuring instruments and inspection tools. Collaborate closely with the production and design teams to ensure quality standards at every stage. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.Skills & Competencies Required: Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC machining operations and quality parameters. Understanding of heat treatment, plating, and finishing processes. In-depth knowledge of raw materials, grades, and metallurgical behavior. Proficiency in measurement instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, etc.). Experience with CAPA, 7QC Tools, and ISO documentation. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability. Ability to ensure timely action as per customer specifications and delivery needs.
