A Quality Control (QC) Inspector ensures that raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods meet specific quality, safety, and regulatory standards before distribution

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect Materials: Check incoming raw supplies, monitor items on the production line, and approve final products.

Measure and Test: Use precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy.

Read Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and product specifications.

Accept or Reject: Quarantine and reject items or batches that fail to meet required standards

.Document Results: Record inspection data, log metrics, and write non-conformance reports for defective items.

Collaborate: Work with production teams to recommend process adjustments and fix recurring defects
