We are looking for a motivated Executive Quality Control to join our team in Ghaziabad. This role involves ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Product Inspection:** Conduct detailed inspections of products to identify any defects or discrepancies, ensuring they adhere to quality specifications.- **Quality Assurance Processes:** Implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure that all processes meet company standards.- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of inspections, including testing data and reports, to provide insights into product quality.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with production teams to communicate quality issues and support corrective actions to improve product quality.- **Training and Development:** Assist in training new team members on quality control processes and the importance of maintaining high standards.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- A Bachelors degree in Science (B.Sc) is required to understand the technical aspects of quality control.- Strong attention to detail to spot defects and make necessary recommendations for improvements.- Good communication skills to effectively convey quality issues to team members and management.- Ability to work well in a team environment, supporting colleagues in achieving common quality goals.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new quality control technologies and methodologies.Candidates should be proactive, organized, and ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced work environment.

Candidate should have knowledge of operating Inspection Instruments, Inspection of sheet metal parts, Layout Inspection, First Piece/ Last Piece and Inprocess inspection. Candidate should have understanding of 4M Change, 5S, Poka Yoke, Kaizen etc.

Key Responsibilities:Inspecting Products:Examining raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Testing and Measuring:Utilizing tools and equipment to measure, test, and analyze products, ensuring they meet quality standards. Identifying Defects:Recognizing and documenting any inconsistencies, imperfections, or errors in the production process. Documenting Findings:Recording test results, inspection details, and any identified defects or issues in reports and logs. Recommending Improvements:Suggesting ways to improve the quality of products and production processes to minimize errors and inefficiencies. Ensuring Compliance:Making sure products and processes adhere to company standards, industry regulations, and relevant legal requirements. Collaborating with Other Departments:Working with other teams, such as production, engineering, and quality assurance, to address quality concerns and resolve issues. Maintaining Equipment:Ensuring the proper calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and equipment. Skills and Qualifications:Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of inspection techniques, measurement tools, and quality control processes. Attention to Detail: The ability to carefully examine products and processes for any flaws or deviations. Problem-Solving Skills: The capacity to identify the root cause of quality issues and develop solutions. Analytical Skills: The ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions. Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with other teams, both verbally and in writing, to document findings and provide recommendations. Familiarity with Regulations: Understanding and applying relevant industry regulations and standards. Experience: Experience in manufacturing or quality control roles may be beneficial.

Job Objective: To ensure and assure the management of supplier quality system and the parts of products quality on time.Job Responsibility -:-Execution of Quality Plans of SWREL/Clients at suppliers LocationPerform, attend or witness the quality inspections at suppliers place.Quality Resource control: Plan, monitor and get work done from TPI/GCS QC Engineers, measurement systems, equipments, tools and fixtures to execute quality plans.Drive process improvements & Implement Quality tools.Co-ordinate with customers to carry out smooth Inspection activities.Attend clients quality issues/complaints, do root cause analysis and report it out to client for closure of the sameInteract with local suppliers, labs etc directly on quality issues.Prepare and/or approve Quality documentations like FAI, PDI, MDCC help for speedy quality clearances Bring continuous focus on problem solving and improving process controlsImplement product & process audits - Navigate the quality audits with team, identify NCs and closure of the open-ended elements.Train the Inspectors and operators on Quality extend training support to suppliersManage team of TPI/SWREL QC Engineers, train them and help achieve their quality performance and objectivesQualification & Exp. Required -:-B.E./B. Tech with 7+ years of Mechanical/Production engineering, Min. 3-5 years of experience in Solar PV Structure/Transmission Line QA and QC is mandatory.Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform -:-1.
