Quality Control Executive Fresher

We are looking for a motivated Executive Quality Control to join our team in Ghaziabad. This role involves ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Product Inspection:** Conduct detailed inspections of products to identify any defects or discrepancies, ensuring they adhere to quality specifications.

- **Quality Assurance Processes:** Implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure that all processes meet company standards.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of inspections, including testing data and reports, to provide insights into product quality.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with production teams to communicate quality issues and support corrective actions to improve product quality.

- **Training and Development:** Assist in training new team members on quality control processes and the importance of maintaining high standards.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A Bachelor’s degree in Science () is required to understand the technical aspects of quality control.

- Strong attention to detail to spot defects and make necessary recommendations for improvements.

- Good communication skills to effectively convey quality issues to team members and management.

- Ability to work well in a team environment, supporting colleagues in achieving common quality goals.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new quality control technologies and methodologies.
