We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat support for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently.

1. Excellent Verbal and written communication2. Willing to work 6 days a week (should be available on Saturdays & Sundays)3. Willing to invest 3-4 Teaching hours every day4. At least 1 year of English Teaching experience5. Should have good Wi-Fi and a Laptop with Webcam

Customer Service Associate Job Responsibilities: Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions. Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes. Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customers understanding of information and answer. Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers accounts. Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
