Job Overview:The BMS Project Manager is responsible for the management of Building Management System projects from design to completion. This role involves overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning and handing over of BMS solutions, ensuring all technical, quality, and safety standards are met. The Project Manager will collaborate with Consultants, PMC, clients, engineers, Internal team and Sub-contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of BMS systems that meet the required specifications.Responsibilities:o Execute the BMS projects, including scope definition, project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.o Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all project deliverables are met.o Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.o Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.o Manage and lead a team of engineers, technicians, Sub-contractor and other staff involved in the BMS project.o Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.o Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and resolve issues.o Work closely with design engineers to ensure that the BMS design meets client requirements and industry standards.o Review technical specifications and drawings for the installation of BMS systems.o Oversee the procurement of BMS equipment and materials, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.o Ensure all required certifications and compliance with regulations for the BMS systems are met.o Monitor the progress of the project to ensure it is on schedule and within budget.o Ensure that all work meets quality standards and industry regulations.o Oversee the commissioning process and troubleshoot issues during system testing.o Maintain regular communication with clients/Consultants, providing updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges.
