Opening For Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Project Planning:** Develop detailed project plans that outline the scope, resources, and timelines required for construction activities to ensure smooth progress.

- **Site Management:** Oversee daily site operations, ensuring that work is carried out safely and according to the project specifications and regulations.

- **Quality Control:** Inspect construction work regularly to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

- **Team Coordination:** Collaborate with construction crews, architects, and other engineers to communicate project requirements and resolve any issues that arise.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of daily activities, inspections, and material usage to support project management and reporting.

- **Problem-Solving:** Address onsite challenges effectively by identifying issues quickly and developing practical solutions to keep the project on schedule.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in civil engineering, ideally in a site-based role. A higher diploma in civil engineering or a related field is required. Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations is essential. Effective communication and teamwork skills are critical, as you will collaborate with various professionals on-site. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management software will be an advantage.
