Managing day-to-day operations of the project2. Steering the creation of conceptual & schematicarchitectural designs and supervising on-site fit outactivities to ensure completion of project within thestipulated time & cost and effective resource utilizationto maximize the output.3. Coordinating withcontractors/Vendors/Architect/Consultants & providingthem the feedback/suggestion as company standards &requirement4. Act as POC for design and specifications with therelevant stakeholders in order to drive solutionsnecessary for running operations optimally.5. Lead projects from requirements definition throughdeployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budgetestimations, and project implementation plans, includingrisk mitigation6. - Accountable for creation of project documentation.7. 1-Leading planning and execution functions with target of completing project(s) within defined cost, timelines, quality and safety standards2. Exploring various construction technologies, green building concepts, alternate building materials and implementing viable solutions in projects3. Preparation and review of project execution plan, resource plan, BOQ, BOR, rate analysis, cost analysis and budget based on agreed technical specifications and GFC drawings4. Tracking of project progress and avoiding / resolving deviations5. Review of project designs, drawings and technical reports6. Sourcing & Procurement - negotiation, contract award and execution / reviewKey Skills Needed1. Should be self-starter, person with high initiative, integrity, risk taker, regular learner2. BE /B.Tech. (Civil) from top rated institute with minimum 6+ years experience in residential building projects at mid or top leadership level position
