Job Description1. Ensuring timely delivery of the project by planning and monitoring execution of site activities2. Maintaining quality as per quality standards3. Planning, implementation, and reviewing safety and security protocol at the site4. Completing each activity as per GFC drawings within budget and timelines5. Coordinating with planning, purchase, and accounts departments in head office for smooth execution of construction activities at the site 6. Site office administration and control7. Preparing progress report (Targeted vs. Achieved) on a daily, fortnightly, and monthly basis and taking corrective actions as needed8. Organizing and attending daily toolbox meetings at the site9. Reporting any critical issues to head office with immediate effect10. Attending weekly programs /review meetings with contractors and issue MOMs11. Certification of all site-related bills and ensuring timely payment of bills12. Ensuring updated records in various registers at site, viz. site order book, stock, inventory, checklist for each activity, material inward, cement and steel register, etc13. Preparing periodic reconciliation statements like cement, steel, bricks, tile, etc14. Creating and maintaining contractor base for good competitive rates
